Rozy Nemeth - SERVE Grant

Rozy Nemeth has been a long time board member of our organization and Chair of the Hungarian Café at the Festival of Nations events.  As a reliable volunteer she has been working selflessly in all MH events and programs.

Rozy’s company the General Casualty has a “Special Employee Recognition for Volunteer Efforts” (SERVE) program recognizing employees for their volunteer work. This year again Rozy has chosen the Minnesota Hungarians to receive her SERVE Grant check in the amount of $161.00   ►►►
 

For the SERVE Program, the employees tally their total volunteer hours, submit an application for a SERVE Grant check and designate the non-profit organization that should receive their SERVE Grant check. General Casualty matches each hour of an employee’s volunteer time with one dollar.

Rozy has been volunteering in this program for about a decade promoting the Minnesota Hungarians annually with this opportunity of donation.
